Meet Bailey, our founder. He’s been cutting hair for 15 years since leaving the Fire Brigade in 2010. He moved from Cornwall to Bournemouth and opened the shop in 2016, creating a laid back space where guys can get a fresh trim whilst enjoying a beer. An animal lover who’s happiest in nature or playing rugby, he’s sure to bring the laughs and deliver the sharpest fades in town!

Meet Dan, our co-owner and scissor cut expert. Originally from Leicester, he’s got a passion for houseplants, tending to his pond, and perfecting every cut he gives. Known for his friendly nature and great chats, Dan’s the kind of barber who makes everyone feel at home while delivering top-notch cuts with precision and care.

Meet Jess, originally from Ibiza, she joined us on the English coast five years ago. With over 10 years of experience, she’s a true expert in her craft. Outside the shop, she’s a dedicated Thai boxer and loves starting her day with a sunrise run along the beach before getting to work.
